APPLY FOR A URC GRANT TODAY

Applications are now being accepted for the University Research Council (URC) Grants Program. The URC is committed to a broad and inclusive definition of research, including both pure and applied research as well as scholarly creative endeavors. Grant requests may be made up to $5000. 

Complete proposals must be submitted online no later than 12 p.m. on October 17, 2017. Guidelines and eligibility information are embedded in the online application.

The Office of Research consists of Grants Resources & Services, Sponsored Programs, Research Consultation, and Research Protections. We provide support for the research, creative, and scholarly endeavors of Appalachian faculty, staff, and students. The Office of Research also collaborates with Special Funds Accounting on the fiscal management of awarded projects.
